you know what puzzles me guys is how funny it is dat all these proposals the government put forward never have a timescale. i have never heard in any of these proposals a correct completion date given either realistic or not. also one starts to ask the questions did the senators in the house of commons in nigeria or whatever they call it voted for the go ahead of these proposals or not.
