  • @bigbobabc123 wtf is a "cocknow"

  • @EmoLoverRyan lol ok you're just being a cocknow

  • @bigbobabc123 No no no. YOU dont understand.

  • @EmoLoverRyan it's a video on exercising to build muscle, this guy has no muscle, i am not trying to be an mma figher, a bodybuilder. you don't understand, not me.

  • @bigbobabc123 Sadly, you don't understand, wouldn't expect you to anyway.

  • @bigbobabc123 get in the ring with a 170lb MMA fighter. you wouldnt last.

  • how does it takes to get rid off that fat on arms???

ad can you tell me any nutrition to burn fat all over your body...

  • lol i workout to avoid looking like this guy...sorry no respect gotta go!

  • @Dungarth no, neither of them are big. they are just ripped. once again a small man is not the person i will be taking advice off of to get big. i will much rather take advice off someone who has built their body up to a point where they need steroids to get bigger or are natural and big.

  • @bigbobabc123 ..You can be 170lb and still be big, look at UFC fighter Georges St.Pierre he is 170lbs but he is absolutely ripped/shredded. Also look at Bruce Lee he was only 140lbs but because he was all muscle it made it seem as if he was much heavier.
