Pres. Marcos can be consider as a hero of our nation for protecting the nation's interest and the welfare of Filipinos even in exchange were his popularity as a politician and as a person; and his self and his family. No other politician can do that. He chose to be right than popular.

President Marcos was considered as the Filipino champion of politics.He was a man of action. After Marcos nagkaroon tayo ng freedom ( price liberalization), freedom to price hike,sequestration, oil deregulation,and government can no longer control of oil price hike .Former President Ramos privatized Petron and eliminate Oil Price Stabilization Fund ( OPSF). Ang Abs-Cbn lng ang nakinabang sa sinasabi nilang "freedom" as a cause of irresponsible reporting.

@kiwinonoy actually there is no corruption that is the opposition talking, 60% is cost, 40% is implemntation, and 100% is what the NPA and Communists say is bad, projects of the Philippines is for the betterment of all not for just a few, meaning the benefits of it are greater especailly if you know the blue print that the u.s. and marcos are working on before. The reason why we are poor today and not ranked no.3 in asia as in Marcos 21 yrs in power is because the uneducated few during edsa86!

40% implementation + 60% corruption(waste) = Billions of dollar Philippines debt. Mabuhay ang magagaling na mga pinoy na naging pulubi ngayon. Cost and benefit analysis sa mga project ni Macoy is more cost and less benefit kaya naghihirap ang mga tao ngayon. Dapat isang term lang siya sa pagiging presidente para minimise ang corruption kaso sakim kaya tayo nagkaganito ngayon.

Hindi lang si Macoy ang magaling kaya dapat pinalitan na siya noon pa.
