One "speedrep." with 170kg on the bar. It was the fifth rep. so it felt a little bit slower than the first four, but anyway... :)

I don't think I have a chance in strongman. I can barely squat 140kg raw. :)

I don't know actually. I've pressed so far only 495lbs or 220kg, but that was a few months ago. I will try to bench around 500lbs the upcoming week, so we'll see. :)
