@ZaPeeXP: I've seen kids start at very young ages, but due to laziness/lack of effort, they aren't very good (at least, for where they should be). I've seen kids start at much older ages (15-20), and while they might not be good enough to compete for a D1 college team, they are still bloody good. I've seen 63 year olds doing amazing things on parallel bars, and rings.
You get what you put in. Flexibility comes with hard work. As do all gymnastics skills.
@zapeexp no it is not to late at all. My coach who almost made t to the Olympics but didn't go due to an unfortunate injury started at 12. But he got as good as he did because he worked his but off. If u want to be as good as him or as good as these guys you will have to do the same. Best of luck!
