This video is so on point. I realized the pitfalls of twitter so I never got into it. FB, hum, I cut that back a LONG time ago. I was just overwhelmed with it. Now YouTube, that's my addiction. BUT, I try to only watch videos when I am doing something else like folding the clothes or doing my hair. Then I don't feel as guilty :-)

I try to put myself on a YouTube schedule because it's a hobby to me. People get mad at me for being a introvert so I use YouTube to show them that I do talk.

I too found myself on Twitter and FB all the time and had to go cold turkey because I was getting burned out. I have dropped Twitter all together....FB I log on 2xs a week.

I am spending waaaay to much time online. Twitter, YT, my blog now myspace! It's like having a second job! I am going to have to let something go, like for real though.
