A song I wrote and recorded shortly after I lost my wife in 2002.

Recording made using a Yamaha keyboard, Hammond Concorde organ, Alesis INGKO audio processor, Sennheier e815s Mics, on a Tascam Porta o2 MKII 4 track tape deck.

  • All I can say is,God bless you.I lost my wife of 4 years in October of 2002 and all i can say is that its hard to move forward.I miss her more everyday. What a wonderful tribute you made to comemorate someone so true to you

  • @KennyKatt1962 In truth we met on a train ride from Cleveland to Toledo when I was nine and she was seven - I was a cub scout she was a bluebird - She died the day after we returned from Vegas where we celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary and was buried on my birthday. I have moved on, got remarried and enjoy a wonderful life but the tears are always there for her. Thanks so much for the comments and God Bless!

  • Bob, this is a very nicely produced tribute, I know it's a very personal one, but it's very well written and sung from the heart! This one's going to bring on many tears. And I'll tell you something else. This sounds just as good as anything I hear on the radio today. Have you ever consider marketing the song? God bless and take care!

  • Thanks Steve, Yes it is personal. At one point I pretty much lost it when I was recording the song, but I left it the way it was because I never wanted to forget what I was feeling at the time. I struggled, whether I should post this at all since it was so personal and not at all about me. This October would have been our 40th wedding anniversary so I thought it would be A loving tribute to a wonderful woman and a wonderful part of my life. The answer to you question is yes but not a clue how!
