How could you do this with a different color yarn from the coaster? Would you just join like a regular join? Great videos by the way!!!!!

Thank you. You will attach the yarn to the crochet hook. Insert the hook through any stitch, Wrap the yarn over, pull through the stitch, pull through the loop on your hook and you have attached the new color.

I agree, I heard her voice and thought, this sounds like the lady that I learned how to make flowers from, even though the name is different, I knew if I let this video play out I'd get the hang of this stitch (after trying a couple other videos where people get going too fast, or stop talking while they work leaving you hanging).
