@EFTGym strength on machines doesnt really matter because the strength you gain doesnt really transfer to free weights

at :14, those palms down incline barbell flys, can anyone speak from experience as to those being really effective for pecs?? i havent tried them and dont know too much about em
-
@ :12 ... thats only 6 plates... im 159lbs... and do 3 1/4 on each side for 5 reps clean... with my back And head on the board. You look like you have a medicine all behind your back ... that doesnt look too good. And the seat is WAY too high. Its super easy up there. I can get 4 plates for sure That high. Lower the seat, open the arms, back and head flat ... then youll be doing it properly.
Your 6 plate free squat video was Awesome. Thats perfect form!

@Damnationization Brother in Iron, I have been training for 13 years naturally. Never taken a pro hormone nor any steroid of any kind or type and can easily rep 315 lbs on the Incline Barbell bench press. A lot of it depends on the person and their training habits. Although benching that much is not needed to build an impressive chest it is more than accomplish able naturally.

bench all u want clean, its the arms that does it for me, he may aswell gets tatoos sayig roids.

crappy short useless fucking vvideo charles u dog

@Damnationization I made a video just for you. I did 315 pound incline chest press for reps. you can check it out in my vids. Also I have other vids as well. My vids show proof that not everyone who is strong uses roids.
-
Well if he did fair enough :) But to make a statement that no one can lift 315 on the incline without roids is
ridiculous to say the least and that was my argument with the guy above :) but he believes he is right and no one can tell him otherwise :P

@GazAnders69 I would have to agree with you, but O'Hearn has admitted to using steroids.
@Damnationization I strongly disagree with you. I have never used roids. However, I can Incline Bench 365 for 4-5 reps, shoulder press 275 for 5 reps, and also squat 505 for sets of 8 reps. Being strong is about how hard you train and what you eat. Some people are just naturally strong. So... To make a statement that 315 lbs on an incline bench press cannot be done is a very ignorant statement. Train Harder!!! and maybe some day you will be doing that weight.

@Domin8r68 I agree. I have seen guys who are smaller than him do that weight on incline and with just as good if not better form. is he using? contrary to what powerlifters who use say..IVE found that people that do cardio are stronger! opposite of everything u are told. im sure he has amazing genetics. but how old is he as well? i love the fact that you can bench 365 naturally. where's your video? oh btw do u look cut like him? exactly.
