the federal government has no authority by the articles of the constitution to force it upon them. To do so would be an act of Civil War. I dont think anyone would be pissed if they hadnt #1 said your forced to buy healthcare from a private insurer, #2 they will fine you if you dont comply, #3 the increase to Medicare will only help those making less than minimum wage.

Obama the only reason we have social security and Medicare is because both sides republican and democrat agreed and the states ratified into law. You forget while your supermajority can win the bill in congress it cant force the states and people to comply against their will such and act would constitute civil war. The real id act was exactly what this bill will become shortly. I am not trying to scare people i am making it clear our rights and what you cant do.
