  • Many western style wraps don't go in between the fingers, I've seen this many time before. I prefer to wrap between the fingers, it provides more support.

  • OMG This video has been very helpful. I don't box (Kenpo Karate) but have a firm appreciation for it. I'm very terrible at wrapping my hands for sparring. Thank you for the post good stuff.

  • @THASICKBOYzENT 275 i shuge for a heavyweight, especialy a 5'9" heavyweight. Mike Tyson was listed as 5'11" but was actually close to 5'9", he was most effective around 220 lbs.
