Loved these syle of games! Well apart from Sweevo's World and that other one!At first it's hard to tell where things are in relation to each other but you do get used to it.

does anyone know the name of a zx spectrum game same design as this (not batman)

i remember clock work mice running about and i think bits of cheese it scared the crap out of me as a kid lol it looked a lotr like this game it might have even come free with the zx spectrum

When I think back to my Spectrum days, this game always comes to mind. Wow, 23 years later and I still remembered those blocks disintegrated in the first yellow room Oo.

Out of all the ports of Head Over Heels the Spectrum version had the worst graphics and sound.

Hi, In my opinion, one of the best games ever! Ranks up with super mario world in my book anyway. Must have spent a thousand hours on this as a kid, interface one with two joysticks setting the 2nd joystick to do various key controls like picking up, jump and carry etc. Was a real challenge to complete it fully, finishing all the worlds in one game and no cheats! Seem to remember getting a pc version years back but don't know what happened to it.
