This is a simple pattern that once learned can be fashioned into hundreds of variations. This is just the basic Fill-In Pattern that can be used with other piano accompaniment patterns.

  • thanks!!

  • This fill in has a great variation where you run it up the keyboard. I'll set up another video to show you how to run it up the keyboard, it really sounds a hundreds better when you run it up the keyboard.

  • wow, this blows my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • one piece of that of that is a chord. alternating them, is not "a chord"

  • Yes.

    Its called a chord...

  • yes, you are

  • dull.

  • great tutorial! you are an excellent musician and instructor.

  • i figured this out by accident. its an easy way of improvising for chord heavy piano players.

also try this easy idea too: similar to how you did 2 keys of the chord at a time, then 1 key by itself......try it like this: 3rd and 5th together, then 1st, 3rd + 5th, then 1st. Let me know how it works for ya

  • More pattern videos would be nice too :P

  • This is the kind of stuff I want to learn...accompaniment. Thank you very much.

  • I can't see all keys you play ...
