Actually, its more likely to generate empathy in the kids and help them learn that their actions have real consequences.
There were never school shootings 50 years ago, dispite there being proportionately more guns and more hunting.
Thats because kids were exposed to the real, glamourless side of death and did not want to do it to real people.
movies etc show all this stuff, kill 20 guys, go down in a blaze of glory, etc. hunting is a real eye opener and paves the way to maturity.

theres the future of hintin and it's looking bright great shot bud. Be sure to take a youngster hunting and fishing. we need more kids like this and less getting in trouble.
