looks like a whole lot of fun (massive sarcasm) should've just bought an auto gt and supercharged it or something. was completely against manual transmission until i learned to drive one. now automatic doesn't even compare. the driving experience is completely different for me

This is an old vid when it was stock. I now have 680 to the ground and would love to see anyone with a clutch and same power run as quick. Not evan Superman can shift a Flintstones trans as quick as an auto. Its 2012. Catch up with the tech. You just "feel" like your faster with a clutch 'cuz of the head bobble.

what are the specs with this transmission ? gearing ? amount of gears ? top speed ? 1/4 mile result ? street ability ? how much is one of those transmissions ?

@3O2MuStAnG The ratios are 2.84 in 1st, 1.55 in second,1.00 in 3rd and .70 in 4th. Four speed. At 6000 rpm's you'd be at about 208 mph. Mine runs 11.1 quarter but more changes are coming. Im still running stock gears. Its now a dream to drive on the street. Thats why I changed to auto. I rebuild my own transmissions so I dont know a price. You could check Lentech. They are very good.

Do you have a lockup converter? Can you have a lockup converter that you lock manualy through a switch, and shift gears while locked? of course the car would stall if you stoped with it locked,

@WickedTRX Yes lockup is turned on by a switch as is OD. And I turn lockup on racing when I hit third gear since it has a dual disc converter from Precision Industries. Then theres no slippage.
