@TheGscale Actually you need to use a weight you can lift 8-10 times for mass and 12-15 or higher for muscle endurance. And before TheMayhem8 argues with me about it, i know what i am talking about because i do p90x and it says so on it a million times.

wen u reach ur goal in p90x, do not stop, i worked my ass off and got abs. i got cocky and stopped working out, a year later i didnt get fat but i lost my abs, my girlfriend, and my house everything man..........so yea

@TheGscale you should use weights you can only lift about 3-4 times if your looking for bulk....but if you are looking for a more toned look, a weight you can lift about 10 times is usually the best bet

If you get a chance to respond- I'd love to know whether or not you followed the Nutrition Guide/Supplements or not. I plan on doing it myself and am wondering how necessary the Nutrition/Supplements are, seeing as they're expensive. If your results are without Nutrition Guide/Supplements, I'd be pretty inclined to ignore that part.
