unless you have a commerce+law degree you're unlikely to get anywhere with finance, plus a commerce degree with a focus on accounting will take you MUCH further, especially if you want to be an investment banker or analyst
as for engineering... no offence but there's really not that much money in it.

errr... studying law to become rich is pretty stupid as there is no longer any good $ in it, unless you land a Freehills gig somehow. I think you are getting confused with engineering & finance.

hahahaha....I completely agree. I did law at UQ, and went to do business at QUT, purely because unless your a partner, the most you have the potential to make in a well off firm is $100k. That is after YEARS OF WORK. My bank manager JUST finished business at QUT and is on $90 plus bonus. Go figure.
