im considering you have introduced a dichotomous grouping of A/ scientists, who are credible on one side and B/conspiraloonery on the other.

I believe that the UN themselves only last year, declared that AIDS was no longer a pandemic disease.
so WTF AIDS is already in decline, just like the atmospheric tempratures over the last 10 years. ...seems apparent that engaging in character attacks does nothing for ones 'credibility', why do that?

Indeed. There are definitely people on both sides motivated by money not the welfare of the planet. Monckton's in the pay of Exxon and Gore's attempting to make money off cap and trade. Are we really shocked to see capitalists opportunistically trying to make money off a crisis? Of course not.
Carbon emissions do result in greenhouse gasses; this is irrefutable. So it makes sense that we should do something about it. Don't listen to the propagandists on either side. Listen to the scientists.
