The people at Busse like to make us think that the steels they use are "special and proprietory" INFI, SR101 are nothing more than standard steels, but they have been given a high level of heat treatment . Lesson to all you want a be knife makers....it's not the steel but the heat treatment afterward that makes the difference!!
