Renaissance People with Dr. Linda Hayden (Part 1)

Dr. Linda B. Hayden is the Director of the Elizabeth City State University Center of Excellence in Remote Sensing Education and Research (CERSER). Renaissance People portrays the people behind scientific discoveries, technological innovations and inspirational teaching in the sciences mathematics, engineering and computing. These profiles showcase not only their talents and achievement, but the diversity of their backgrounds and of the experiences that led them to become leaders in their fields. These are the people who educate our young people, conduct research that will lead to important discoveries, and develop the technologies that enable everything from commerce to entertainment to telemedicine.
