Jim Sweney & The Jumpshotz - It Ain't Right (1983 Tulsa Hit)

A very rare 45 that was a local hit on 14-K & 92-K (KELi-AM-FM) in Tulsa in 1983-4. Big props to Mel Myers and "Wavy" Dave Michaels for programming this song in Tulsa first!

I remember going to several record stores in Tulsa trying to get a copy when they were playing it all the time, but nobody had one (even Starship). After years of searching online I finally scored a copy on www.gemm.com (don't ask me how much I paid for it - but it was worth it).

And from what I've dug up using Google, Jim Sweney is still performing regularly in T-Town. Just a great local record that deserved to go nationwide.
