No, production P-40s never had clipped wing tips. Just the XP-40Q (which only remained a prototype and never entered combat) did have them, besides some other structural changes that made it look radically different from the standard P-40; mainly a bubble canopy like that of the P-51D. As for the two P-40s in this video, the one at the foreground (with the red eagle head) is a P-40N, but I´m not sure about the other one; maybe a P-40E with DAF colours.
