Haha, just pants off and yell "perkele ku on kylmää!!! (kylmää = cold) ", and you could be finnish :D Allmost all youngsters just rush off to the water XD

@partyongarth420 well the only thing is if u have cold then DO NOT GO IN SAUNA srsly it can kill u. but in all the other times its only for ur own good. and btw if ur new and u want to boost the healing then make a vihta or vasta (they r both the same but just in different names) its basically branches of birch put in 1 good smacking stick. and then just water the branches, put it in the sauna stove rocks and then start smacking urself. its easier with some1 tho :)

I guess the guys left the key inside - were locked outdoors :)
- In wet shorts, and a bit freezing also, perhaps? :)

@partyongarth420 There's no negative effects in going to Sauna, actually the very opposite.. It's good for your health aslong as you stay hydrated like Nibinlotwen said, and don't stay way too long.. I personally sometimes like being even 15-20 minutes in sauna, and if I'm at our summer cottage I might do that even 2-3 times in row while occasionally going to cool myself in lake.. Drink some good beer and then go back.. Good times, good times. :)

At least I haven't heard of any negative side effects.. well, if you keep yourself hydrated at least, and don't stay there for like 2 hours nonstop ^^.

hey let me ask your opinion everyone.. i just found out my apartments have a sauna.. ive been going in almsot everyday.. it feels so good very refreshing.. i dont normally sweat easilly so this is so nice to sweat.. are there any negative health side effects from sauna.. i imagine there are a few but i read good things about it.. such as improves circulation .. and detoxifying shit from under your skin

Yeah maybe , but we wanted to enjoy the heat of the Sauna more than the coldness of this northern Rovaniemi lake.
