Only the zune 30, 80, and 120 are capable. All it is is a cable that plugs into the headphone jack of the Zune. That's all. The Zune dock will output component video in 480p. That might be what he's trying to sell you. Most simple solution is to buy an iPod or Zune video cable. They're both the same, just make sure there's a 3.5mm headphone plug on one end. You should be able to pick one up for about $20

Because I have a Zune and the guy at radio Shak told the the only way would be by buying some sort of box he showed me for $99.99 + tax.
Your video saya zune TV out, but it doesn't show how to connect the zune to the TV by other means or even with the Kit.
All you're doing is the same as anybody would without connecting the zune to tv.
Show how to connect the cables, something worth learning.

Well then what did you want to know
-
This video didn't tell me shit!.

if the video out cable is stereo (Red, White, and Yellow) and it fits in the headphone jack, it'll work. If it doesn't work, try switching the plugs around (try red or white in the yellow if yellow in yellow doesn't work) but sorry, the 4 and 8GB Zunes don't support video out.
-
i know your using a zune 80 gig. but can you use a 4 or 8 gig zune to video output? i really want to know and can you u use a normal camera video out cable.
-
ive even found it will cancel tv out if you plug in then unplug a pair of headphones
