  • Yes Magyar!

  • I can't tell exactly by looking at the video, but does that have a centrifuge compressor just like the old Whittle engine?

  • @TheRantingCabbie

    Yes thats right!

The same sollution. A centrifuge compressor with a one stage turbine. The big tubes on the engine ar the burn chambers.

  • ki az a sok támaszkodó civil ? nem veszélyes ott tartózkodni ?

  • @hungaryGabo

Csak a turbina síkjában veszélyes a tartozkodás .

    A gépet civilek újították fel.

  • Valaki tudna felvilágositást adni hol tart most a felujitás?

  • A felújitás gyakorlatilag befejeződött. Tavasszal megkezdődik a berepülés !

  • Good job, interresting video thank's.

  • Magyar?

  • @TheRantingCabbie for all references just check RR "Nene" or Klimov RD45 russian engine, this Lim 2A is a Polish licence built of twin seated trainer version of MiG-15. The bulky-chunky design & centrifugal compressor due to "english school" about jet rather "german school" with axial comperessor & sleek design. Moreover Nene was conceived rather as bomber than fighter engine.

  • I just had an eargasm. (just kidding). but beautiful aircraft ! amazing !

  • @DandAinTac Thanks for the reply. I actually saw what I believe was a Rolls Royce (I think that's who made it but it's been a while) in the Niagara Aerospace Museum. Big and bulky and only put out 4500 lb. of thrust. The compression manifold that fed the flame cans looked like cast metal. Thick and heavy looking.

  • @TheRantingCabbie Yes, the MiG's Klimov engine was largely a copy of the Rolls Royce Nene, itself descended from Whittle's original powerplant which powered the Gloster E28/39. Both the US and the USSR copied from the British and Germans.

  • nice !

  • теперь я вижу эти двигатели на выброшеными. их сдают на металл. В Курске стоял полк таких самолоетов, еще мой дед их обслуживал.

  • How to build a Mig 15: Attach 2 seats and 2 wings to a Jet engine and you`re done.
