2010 TVC Tie Fighter, Snowspeeder, Attack / Defense of Hoth Battle Packs from Target

Purchased October 9th 2010, look out for these sets at Target!
Vintage Packaging 2010 The Vintage Collection Imperial Tie Fighter - $24.99
Vintage Packaging 2010 The Vintage Collection Luke's Snowspeeder - $24.99
2010 Battle Pack - Attack on Hoth - $39.99
2010 Battle Pack - Defense of Hoth - $39.99
The only comment I have is that the Tie Fighter is not as superb as the white colored 2009 Legacy Imperial Tie Fighter, which I purchased from Ebay for $21 delivered!

Thanks for the comparison between the two Tie Fighters!

How does the Legacy Tie Fighter compare to the Legacy Tie Interceptor and the new Shadow of the Dark Side Tie Bomber though? Are they in-scale with each other or is the vintage one a better match? I don't really want my Tie Fighters to dwarf my other vehicles.

@Redeemer31 Thank you for watching! The 30th anniversary large white Tie Fighter I had is the only true to scale Tie Fighter. Tie bomber is not dwarfed, but in reality it should be a bit bigger than it is. the TVC one is indeed a better match. I would recommend against buying the tie interceptor in general, it has too many complaints because it was not well made at all, it is very flimsy and breaks too easily. just FYI, make sure to do your research.

Thanks for the info! I never knew that the Tie Interceptor wasn't that great so I'll make sure to return it. I'm thinking I might stick with the large white Tie Fighter and wait for the other vehicles to be re-released in white. Want them all to be one consistent colour. :)

@Redeemer31 Well let me revise that comment - it's not that it isn't great, but this vehicle quality is more like $19.99 instead of $39.99. That's why a lot of people are disappointed with it. it's too bad since this is the most updated tie interceptor yet (with the updated cockpit) and great to have for trilogy loyalists that love to have a vehicle line up. So if you ever find it for below $25 clearance, then yes I would get it. I think only tie fighter will ever be released in white

I saw the vintage packed Tie fighter yesterday at Target it was not on clearance either do u think someboday switched them and returned their old tie fighter in the vintage box? the box was a little beat up

...@3:02 the Larger scale wings on the Tie Fighter does look better but its harder to "play" with and takes up more shelf space...
