Chris Morris brilliant, controversy-baiting comedy Four Lions which follows the adventures of a group of hapless wannabe suicide bombers - opens this week, and we strongly recommend it, for its bold, brave and gut-bustingly funny. We sent Chris Hewitt along to the films UK premiere at the Bradford Film Festival recently, where he spoke to Morris, producer Mark Herbert, writers Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain, and most of the Four Lions themselves.

@babyspongestudios There is a real sence of forboding, a brooding malevolance about the place. Hidden away... secrets. Like I kinda expect a deformed creature to be living in the basement or something, and Harry Potterish goings on. I know my dreams are not much like what it really would be- I bet its just like a normalish school really, but the dream of it intrigues me so much more. You are so lucky to have your memories.

@babyspongestudiosMy friend took me to the front gates. Very haunting. I imagine dark corridors on upper floors, wood, candles, hidden places full of secrets... I am thinking your going to tell me it looks like any other comprehensive inside and the halls of residence are like a council flat!

The interviewer asks the writer a question but ends up looking at Morris, so Morris answers the question. Bad technique.

have never seen chris morris being chris morris before. outstanding stuff - the man's a legend. i constantly switch between wanting him to produce more stuff, and being grateful he only produces stuff once he's happy with the quality. life's a bitch, huh!
