  • UH OH! I'm super scum. I own a bar AND allow smoking in it! You'll have to come to Kansas to smoke in it though! The government of Kansas passed the ban in bars in 2010, and in this session we will have a Bill to exempt adults only bars from it! Wish me luck, you Hairy ol thing you!

  • @smartinist All I need is a new passport and a bag full full of travel money and I'll be heading for Kansas ;-)

  • You ser, just earned my subscription.

I smoked a cigarette while watching this video. I'm joining the Army myself. (although I live in america and assume you're english) It would seem the government and the general population fancy themselves above us for enjoying what makes us feel good. Mayhap I too am scum for this, but I would like to think not. If anyone's scum, it's those who'd put people down to make themselves feel better about themselves.

    Excellent video!

  • @onionknight777 Yes mate I'm English. I don't even like visiting the army nowadays since they imposed a No smoking within twenty meters of a door policy. Bloody hell, when I first joined up they issued me with an ashtray even though I didn't smoke. When I told them the simply replied "Don't worry, you will", and sure enough I did ;-)

  • Morning to all SCUM in all time zones! Hawaii House Bill 2306, to exempt bars from smoking ban, passed through Committee with 10 to 1 vote on Feb 18! Kansas House Bill 2690 has been assigned to Committee, it will exempt bars from the smoking ban. Any help to fighters in Kansas and Hawaii with emails or calls to House members would be appreciated. We are all working together to save Indiana, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi from bans in progress, and the Anti's are lying as usual about losses

  • @fredelakunoc Funny you should uyse the word "witchcraft". See my reply to smartinst above.

  • @smartinist Did you know that the word "pharmakeia" is translated as "witchcraft" and "socery" in the bible? (Gal 5:20 and Rev 18:23 among others) Seriously, the biblical "end of age" and apocolypse stuff is precipated by nations being "seduced" and deceived by drugs.

  • @smartinist Shoot. I think I might hitch a ride with Hairy!

Well, FL still (lehally) has outdoor/patio smoking--when the owners allow it and they aren't bullied by raving antis. Alas, I don't drink...sooo....if you have a restuarant avaliable. Any chance of opening an adults only, smoker friendly restaurant? That'd be nice!

Now, to get rid of this blasted FSC garbage!

  • Since Harvard exposed the NRT products' of Johnson and Johnson to be worthless in smoking cessation, your government AND mine have some explaining to do as to WHY they are STILL buying it from the pharma and passing it out for free. Those J&J campaign donations and grants to the Cancer Society and Lung Association to push these products and bans, seems a bit silly now! But J&J's stock value did GREAT!

  • I was and I am quite confused that the countries I admired the most (UK, USA, Ireland) have passed such strict laws on their citizens. Why did you conform?

On the other hand, I am not that surprised since I am familiar with their history, especially from the puritan days (before and after Columbus), and I am aware of the impact it has had on the world.

This is a new witchcraft and I hope that brave people like you will succeed in their fight.

  • I am a smoker and I am not a SCUM. I am just a person who enjoys my puffs here and there. You are not a SCUM too, just a person who has to obey the ridiculous laws imposed in your country. Unlike you, I have the lucky opportunity to live in the country where the law is not so strict - or better to say - not yet. We can smoke almost everywhere, even at work, since there are smokers` premises. There are some restricted areas and some places that require separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers.

  • another good video mate....
