i think church bells are the main noise contriputor in kenya. the police could have being wise if they could start by withdrawning all this church bells ringing unnecessarily even in the resting parks.

this is against freedom of expression. this means, any shop selling big woofer speakers i out of business. no need to buy amplifers, or tweeters or equilizers??????????? complete rubbish! let them fight crime first then they can chase us. until them, am playing boom boom in my car!!!

all the changes at once!!
all the hardware at once.. I have a useful suggestion.. a California a Company will Rent or leese equipment to towns police force and city councles. this equipment is used to generate revanue thru fines also providing an accurate way to measure for instruction and check for compliance basic kits Retail is 'kes 22,000' ,
one for all for one
I'm happy that the government is taking initiative to fix the country lately, but I think the police have greater problems to tackle than noise level of matatus.
