  • i always see fat woman on this machine going super fast at a 1 resistance, which make me laugh

  • If you really want to lose weight weight... you must push yourself. An intense workout for this machine could be 35 minutes on resistance 10 or 11. Keep your rpm at 80+ and you will burn 600 calories. Then continue on to the weights.

    This is pretty bad advice. Weight/resistance training helps to heighten your resting metabolism and allow you to continue to burn calories even after you've left the gym. A program that combines cardio with weight training will definitely help you meet your weight loss goals much faster than cardio alone. Please don't abandon the weights!

  • @MiztahHaughom fyi they dont speak another type of english, you do. They speak the correct form of english.

  • @DanielBK13 just burn 700 cal everyday if you can and do push ups and diet good and you will see a change . DONT do weights it doesnt help it just puts muscle under fat
