assuming the logical indoctrination theory what if the rubble scene is a throwback to original games ending and ME 2-3 have been shepard's dreams while he was knocked out in the rubble since the brain could theoretically create and process this in all of the time he was KO in the rubble and bioware/EA are secretly tricking us as a set up for ME4

I doesn't need to be about Shep, ME4 could start right where ME3 left off (assuming IT), so Shep is in Rubble, and your new character has to continue the fight with Shep in ICU. ME4 could be everyone starting to push back, and actually winning, with the Crucible working, but not being what it was in ME3 endings because it was IT's forced vision on Shep.

Possible, but not sure how I'd feel... just have to wait and see.

Well, the rubble would be Citadel rubble then, not the kind of concrete that it shows (imo). Also, I'd be rather pissed off if it turns out the last 2 games were a dream. Didn't that happen int he show Dallas, and everyone fucking hated it?

I don't think Joker was "avoiding" the fight. Didn't Admiral Hackett tell everyone to get away once the Crucible was armed. That must be Joker fleeing after The Crucible is armed.

Bioware actually stated that the indoctrination theory was false, and just a clever idea created by the fans.

As much as I want to believe that, Bioware themselves said that ME4 isn't even about Commander Shepard anymore. His story has been completely written, according to them (regardless of how poorly written fans may think). But, hey, who knows...anything could happen now with how disappointingly shitty THIS ending was.
