  • If Bear Grylls was going to give survival advice it would be something like this. - Take an axe and cut down a tree - Make a raft - Wrestle and kill a bear for food - Use the bear's blood as a source of water - Have a fishing pole on hand to fish for food

  • @ered203 yeah, but petroleum product normally float on the top. so let it float and them take the middle water and distill it.

  • eating dog, hell yeah.

  • I have a question. Can you distill water with petroleum in it? I was wondering that during Katrina. Not only was there sewage and other nastiness in it, but there was oil everywhere. I'm trying to remember my chemistry, but would the oil flame/evaporate off before the water???

  • I spent like 7 days in les strouds asshole,,,, after the first hour, hydration was key. After the 5th day lack of food was weakening me. at day 7 I was just happy to get out of that place. My extraction crew knew all to well the living hell I was put through. Thanks les

  • How to take care of your pets? Maybe you should tell us how to eat our pets.

  • @winesti

Yes it is, but he only uses it for burning things in it, not cooking or storing food/water, so it doesn't matter.

  • @Moria90 But now the pot is contaminated

  • @winesti

Well, since he needn't fire anymore, it's good to not set the house on fire or suffocate with gases :)

  • Uh, did he just drop the pot with the fire in it into the putrid water at the end?
