Blind Play Battletoads - Part 19: Winger Clinger Lowlight Reel

Ok, I was able to put together my lowlight reel for this stage which means... I FINALLY FINISHED IT IN REALTIME.

So I've decided to give the original Battletoads a try. I feel like I'm going to regret this. The game with some of the most infamous levels ever against someone whose never played the game. This may take a lot of videos. So, a couple of things before we get started:

- Some of the levels can take people hours to figure out... with savestates.
- My only knowledge of the game comes from watching a Let's Play and hearing others complain about level 3.
- I WILL be using savestates because everyone I've talked to has told me that I would get several game overs otherwise and that the videos would get into the hundreds.
- This will be audio commentary because people have been curious regarding how I deal with surprise and pressure while I'm playing games.

This is as far as I ever got in battletoads without using savestates or cheats... I can't remember, though, what the catch is with the controls. Do you have to tap the direction of the arrows, or what? It's been so long :)

You have to hold the direction or else you go much slower.

Wow! How long did all of that take in real time?

There was a lot of it. What you see there is about 30 minutes of gameplay. There's more of it than that but not much.
