  • @MrATHEIST70 Thanks for the comment. For a long time I was a gormless who listened to the charts. Then one night I came home from the pub and heard John Peel playing 'Neat neat neat' by the Damned. Things have never been quite the same since. I blame the fucking Double Diamond.

  • @OzzyDave6969 Thanks, mate.

  • @pevargas Glad you liked it!

  • Thanks @MrRayD8. Wish I'd thought of that name!

  • Thanks, Essexmanageable. Sometimes I think there's more interest in Bill Nelson now than there was in the 70s!

  • I wish!

That's partly why I make these crappy videos, when there's nothing else available. The good thing is that people keep finding old tv footage, etc and uploading it to Youtube - so you never know!

  • @OUTSIDETHEBOCKS Funny, I was just telling someone that I saw BBD in either '77 or '78 at the Palladium in NYC (Styx opened for them). This is a highly underrated rock song, brilliant.

  • i was at this gig.....great memories....what a night....sigh....lol

  • Outstanding.................................

  • Thanx so much for this post! I saw BBD in 1978. They opened with an amazing tune they called "Impromptu" which featured each one of the band members doing a little solo run on a sweet little jazzy number. It was their way of warming up. I'm telling ya, their "warmup" would blow 95% of other bands away! Bill Nelson is SUCH a genius!

  • still good

  • What an technically amazing band live. Cheers vegetubleman and commiserations to all the gormless fucks who listen to chart piss and miss out on wonderful music like this. Rant over, cheers buddy.

  • turn this up ...ENJOY
