Blow has no sugar, just saying. I mixed it with Monster, same amount of caffeine as Rock Star i believe. One more correction, sorry for being an asshole, a whole can of Rock Star has 160mg of caffeine, since there is 80mg per serving. Good stuff though, i liked it, just to let the people know, it all dissolves in water, energy drinks are already pretty saturated so not too much more can dissolve into it.

I did screw up in the credits and put the one serving totals as opposed to 2 which RockStar contains.
