I directed this video back in 95. Yes Ten years ago I was directing music videos. For all you young bucks, there was a thing call MTV Raps and we made it into the top ten on MTV at one of the last shows. I colaborated with Christian Cortes who drew the entire video. Jeru gave us pretty much freedom of creativity as we were purily inspired from his lyrics. The process took around 2 and half months and the outcome was phenomenal. Biggups to Cristian Cortes of www.atomicuscreativegroup.com for such an incredible job on the art work. The medium we use was all drawn in cardboard and paper and we recorded all enviroment on a 35mm film stop motion camera. Think of a pop up book 5 x 5 feet, that was pretty much all of the sets as the camera would fly around recording The Prophet animated paper world. Enjoy

Dope Video DH Ordered this one on the Box a few times loved how u use the cartoons characters reminded me of some the art work marc ecko use n some t-shirts use 2 rock back n the 90's. Keep up the creative work Brah.

can i just ask, it says the saga continues at the end, but does anyone know what came after? I wanna find out how the prophets story ends. It would be so good if you directed a video for a 'sequel song' of this.
