  • ...the white tufts were a bit hard to see

against white wing; may want to use

    contrasting-color tufts for next stall

    demo...?

  • For that reason you should avoid flying with Air France. Believe it or not, not *once* i flew with them the pilot practiced stalls.

  • ya, longer and contrasting color..and hold that bar out there...for way more time! comeon.... go for it.

  • anytime? everyone? oh no! If any paraglider'd practice front/fullstalls all the time, lots would be dead my friend!

  • WEAK! anytime you're flying you should practice stalls. i don't care if it's a glider, plane, parachute...on and on. let me repeat. WEAK, WEAK, WEAK, WEAK!!!!!!

  • Most hang gliders stall very gently. Older high performance gliders, and new high performance gliders with the variable geometry cord pulled tight have a more abrupt stall break. All hang gliders have dive recovery and will try to level back out after the stall.

  • That was a stall? I thought when a hang glider stalled it sent the thing plummeting towards the ground with the pilot having to pull in hard to get the wing flying again.

  • Great educational video. Only thing is the tufts are hard to see. But great posting otherwise.Fly on brother!
