Aw man! At first I was like "I'm at this level; I can totally do this routine," then about halfway through, I was like, "Crap, no way can I do this routine." lol. I can do a lot of moves that take strength but I struggle with the ones that take a lot of flexibility. Ive been working on the dove or really any horizontal stomach down position for ages and I just can't get it... I get kind of sideways & then have to drop off. That move you did from 3:04- 3:19 was awesome! Im gonna try to learn it!

@italianaxmissy I often use Dry Hands. I love it. I think in that video I wasn't using anything though - that's why I slipped a bit in it! Hope that helps. Slippery hands can be so frustrating I know :-)
