Buggyra Truck Racing @ Jarama

The Buggyra Freightliner Race Team ran
a European Truck Grand Prix round in Albacete, ESP back on the weekend following my 22nd birthday in early October 2007 (Saturday 06 and Sunday 07 October to be exact). The videos were originally two parts, but made them as a single 4'27" (four minute, twenty-seven second) video, the longest in possession.

Top speed is 140mph, but for racing purposes, up to 100mph

yeah they are race trucks but standard trucks modified, water cooled brakes, twin turbo's and limited to 100 mph. some chucking out a whopping 1500bhp !

wow i really how well or not well these trucks handle. it must take alot of finesse. For those that are asking about the smoke or fog coming from wheels when braking. it is water jets being sprayed on to the brakes to help them cool. I heard on a telebroadcast once that the brakes would not last a lap without these water jets.
