Yeah, uh, The operator needs to read dragline operating for dummies. When you dig on the edge of a river, cliff etc., you need to dig with the tracks parallel to the boom. If their perpendicular like this numb nuts had them, when your bite starts to pull you into the river, you can't do anything.

Another great video Roly.That took some pulling out,20 tonne plus dead weight and the tracks parallel with the bank.
