This is a month late for me, but I was wondering if I could pull this look off because my eyes are hooded a little! My mother calls it "the pouch"!

My eyes are hooded, too, so this look can definitely work for you. Just take the crease color up a little higher on your brow bone so it shows up. I would try going up to right underneath your brow highlight. Good luck!
