if you run barefoot you will still run on your toes lol. also definitely run with spikes as you better traction and the synthetic tracks tear up your feet if you run barefoot

nah wariners got spikes on thats how they look n i wear spikes in the 400 but its rough it depends how strong your legs are cause u constantly gotta run on your toes in spikes it hurts! haha

you can't blame wariner for losing the conditions were bad and rainy he can't run good in that just look how he killed merritt in zurich
