1. Does this sometimes not work and brick or damage your psp? or is this 100% garantee

2. if i just keep it at v.3.52 can i make a iso folder??

3. i have a v.1.51 psp is it still okay to do this with it cause i dont know how to downgrade.

yes, there are downgrader programs which you can download from the internet which will downgrade your psp to 1.5 without the use of a battery. However, there is a greater risk here of bricking your psp than if you used a tool battery.

i havent a clue. i thought that sega saturn emulation on the psp is in early stages. if you find out how and the emulation is perfect, then you must tell me how to do it because i would love to have sega saturn games on my psp

ur vids are wicked but i tryied it with a datel tool battery and 1 day it broke and stayed at 0 power when on the psp it said charge complete so i downgraded my psp :p

no you cant run isos without custom firmware. just follow this link and the TWO steps provided (this url has the second step when you finish this one) then you will have 1.50 firmware.
