The guy was right. The best roast geese are served in a Hong Kong suburb called Sham Tseng (incidentally a rather picturesque seeside little town where you can see the magnificent Tsing Ma Bridge). The roast geese there were perhaps 60% in price as Yung Kee and taste even better.

i went earlier this year with my family to visit my mum's side of the family and my aunty lives across the road to it and it is AWESOME!~~
