Billy Satellite was an American rock band based in Oakland, California. Formed in 1983, the band consisted of Monty Byrom (guitar, vocals, keyboards), Danny Chauncey (guitar, keyboards), Ira Walker (bass), and Tom "Fee" Falletti (drums).[1] The group released an eponymous album in 1984 and recorded a follow-up that went unreleased before breaking up.
Byrom went on to form New Frontier and later worked with Eddie Money who covered Billy Satellite's "I Wanna Go Back" on his 1986 album Can't Hold Back. Later, Byrom was part of the band Big House. In 1987, Chauncey joined 38 Special.

I saw these guys open for Night Ranger in Tucson in the "80's.... I thought they ROCKED!!.... Never did understand why they didn't make it any bigger than they did....... I still have this album on CD in my truck today!

@chaoskarin2007 Danke für Deinen Kommentar, Karin, und natürlich darfst Du ;) Die Vids erstelle ich mit Magix Video Deluxe 15 Premium, muss aber leider muss ich zugeben, das ich ein erbärmlicher Anfänger mit diesem Proggi bin. Mit der Soft lässt sich soviel "rauskitzeln", aber dafür müsste ich erst einen bzw. 2-3 VHS Kurse absolvieren. Lieben Gruß und ein schönes Wochenende ... Uwe ;)

Uwe, alter Bandit, warst schneller als ich, hatte ich auch "auf der Liste" *lol* Macht aber nichts, habe ja noch ein paar Schmankerl in petto. Die Daumen zeigen nördlich gen Himmel! ... und "Satisfy Me" ist von Michi schon eingestellt ... ;)
