@brokenexchange nope it's never hurt my neck but im moving my whole torso around rather than just using my neck, not saying that this is what you're doing but try to think of your whole body leading your neck and the hoop rather then focusing on what your head is doing.

I am almost 50 and just started hooping recently. Your videos are so much fun; they make me want to go and try things I never imagined I could. And today . . . drum roll please . . . I was one hot (and sweaty ;) drama queen!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for being a most excellent teacher! *bowing to your talent* *bowing again* *and now in s l o m o . . . :)

@alistairwade2011 i wish you lived where i live too! there'e never enough hoopers to hoop with here! as far as the hoop goes its not poly pro, its just the half inch stuff from lowes.
