A small suggestion? Maybe Long Feng would be a better fit for Judge Turpin, especially since you used the Dai Lee, he fits the sarcastic "pious vulture of the law" description much better. Otherwise, this is very good and vell edited. First Sweeney/Avatar crossover I've come across,

i've never seen Sweeney Todd, but any movie with Johnny Depp singing in it must be good ^_^
