  • I see, so milk makes a calf fatten up from 40lb to a 400lb cow in a year. A cow is therefore, at least 360lb of fat? - I don't think so.

Milk, just like any other food, is a personal thing. One man's meat.........

  • @akkalakakalakka: I don`t drink milk because of the cows.

  • We are not baby cows, so we don't drink cow's milk. In fact, in mice it turns their liver cancer on and off.. Wait, we're not mice either.

I drink whole milk because I like it. If the supermarket sold breast milk, well, I'd probably try it, and if I liked it, I'd drink it. I like cheese, and ice cream too.

Is there anything that is not, in some journal or publication, bad for you?

  • Finally, some common sense. Milk is for baby cows. Cows don't drink human breast milk. It would die from malnutrition.

Another mark against the human race. We sure keep accumulating them for some reason.

  • goat's milk is hormone free and very creamy. cow's milk at the store is full of added hormones.....very bad.

  • Almond milk is good, but I've never had rice milk, I prefer cow milk. I've also had goat's milk which is nasty.

  • drink rice milk or almond milk you don't need cow milk!

  • pshh, i love milk

  • This guy is crazy. I'd rather drink milk, and weigh that much, 217 lbs or whatever, than not. Milk has essential nutrient, that yes you can get from pills or whatever, but that just makes you rely on pills for all of your nutritional needs. And besides, there is a thing called skim milk, or fat free in laments terms. No fat, so he's an idiot.

  • Great video. I avoid milk like the plague. Always have.
