saying random i meant it was kinda normal, maybe i used the wrong word ;p
FPS? I had a big problem with it, just go into graphic card options, turn synchronisation OFF, etc. Or (it really helped me) open the pc box and clean the card! Good Luck, btw, sorry for my poor english.
