whats with your fucking head.. its all over the place!

@Bodyweightculturist Attitude is a lil off also. Being a self proclaimed expert, you should know about proper technique. If I have to explain it to you, then you're no expert.

Roll forward and roll backkeeping low as possible on the way forward and low as possible on the way back = Dive Bomber Press Up.
This exercise is great is strengthens muscles normal press ups don't.
It also improves flexibility in the shoulders hamstrings, core and your back. COOL OR WHAT?

I hear they teach Hindu Push ups and Squats in yoga and if so what Yoga

@MrRanger1987 Incredibly true! I can do around 43 hpu but HALF the regular ones!!! *shame* Will have to add regular pushups to my HPU workout.
Consistency is the most important factor (well in just about anything)

@amazingdany how many standard pushups can you do? you should be able to start out doing about double the amount of hindu pushups compared to standard push ups because the range is lowered on the chest and triceps. is it more of a flexibility exercise for the lower back and shoulders. in no way is this a muscle building exercise

Insane, These are some very challenging techniques.
-
@23Tej23 they work more of the body... well thats what i feel when i do them

In India, this is known as dhandaal. There are many small variations of this routine. The squats or situps are called baithak (bye-tak), which literally means to sit. They both have nothing to do with the religion! Interesting that they are now being called Hindu squats and Hindu pushups.

technique is a lil off but great vid
